Introducers & Professional Intermediaries

Growth beyond boundaries

We believe in making Seychelles IBCs more accessible to the world. As such, PKF Corporate Services is keen on establishing relationships with introducers or professional intermediaries to facilitate this.

What is an introducer?

An introducer refers prospective new clients to PKF Corporate Services and their involvement ends there. Should the introduction convert into successful client onboarding, a fee may be earned by the introducer, based on pre-agreed terms and conditions.

What is a professional intermediary?

A professional intermediary can be a licensed individual or firm (typically lawyers, accountants, investment advisors, fiduciary service providers, or similar professionals) which introduces prospective clients to PKF Corporate Services. The client relationship is managed by the professional intermediary throughout the client life cycle, and they are involved with compliance screening of said clients. Professional intermediaries are able to mark up our fees and invoice the clients directly. The terms of the professional intermediary relationship with PKF Corporate Services are set out in a professional intermediary agreement.
